Refund policy

At Tushposh, we are committed to providing premium-quality ethnic and contemporary clothing. Your satisfaction matters to us, and our policies are designed to ensure transparency while protecting both our customers and our business.

General Guidelines

·         No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

·         Exchanges Only: Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by a complete unboxing video.

·         Exchange Window: Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

·         Condition of Items: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

·         Non-Returnable Items: Customized clothing, stitched-to-measure products, and gift cards, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

·         Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; using a trackable service is recommended.

Refunds

·         No refunds are issued for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, personal dislike, or courier delays once the order has been dispatched. Only replacements/exchanges are offered in cases of damage or defect.

Steps for Exchange Approval

1.      Contact Tushposh within 24 hours of delivery at support@tushposh.com or call +91 9611963999.

2.      Provide your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video clearly showing the defect or damage.

3.      Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Sale & Discounted Items

·         Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective, with a complete unboxing video submitted within 24 hours.

·         Customized or altered sale products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

·         Only one exchange per order is permitted.

·         Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact and without any signs of use, washing, or alteration.

·         Once received and approved, the replacement is shipped within 3–5 business days.

Gifts

·         Gifts are eligible for exchange only if damaged or defective and reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

·         No refunds or credit notes are offered for gifts; exchanges are processed for another item of equal value subject to stock availability.

Shipping Returns

·         If your exchange is approved, ship the product to the address provided by support. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

·         Tushposh is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit; packages must be securely packed.
