Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-order or customised apparel may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual.
International shipping (if applicable) may take 10–20 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be available on select products, promotions, or minimum order values.
• International orders may attract additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
• You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners generally make two delivery attempts.
• If the package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your apparel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video for verification.
• In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution as per our policy.
